The journey began with the party meeting their merchants and setting off towards Hupperdook. Along the way, they encountered a slower wagon ahead, which Reeves identified as guarded by the Iron Shepherds. Avoiding confrontation, Reeves instructed their driver to fall back.

5th Sydenstar 835 PD

Upon arrival in Hupperdook, the merchants planned to stay for a few days before continuing to Bladegarden, giving the party some free time in the city. Rico welcomed them to his home, where they were greeted with drinks, aligning with the city's festive atmosphere.

As Rico and his family caught up, a loud commotion outside drew everyone's attention. The group observed a carnival troupe parading through the city, which Rico and Koro decided to follow, dragging the rest along. The parade led them to the city walls outside of which a circus tent seemed to have been set up recently. While Koro and Rico decided to revel in the festivities all night, Bibi and Reeves opted for a quieter evening, returning to Rico's home for rest.
