AD&D Session 12 - Crafting Success and Unwelcome Encounters in Amber Crossroads

Overview
Date: 15th-22nd Brussendar 835 PD
In a week-long endeavor at Amber Crossroads, Serra, Rico, and Koro from our adventuring party embarked on a crafting journey. Their mission was to transform basic leather armors into enhanced studded leather armors, combining their talents and resources for a profitable enterprise.
Investment and Preparation
15th Brussendar: The group invested 90 gold pieces to kickstart their project, renting workshops for the initial phase of their work.
Crafting Process
16th Brussendar: The day focused on measuring and preparing lighter armors for metal plate reinforcements.
17th Brussendar: Serra took charge of planning and prepping leather parts for each armor piece.
18th-19th Brussendar: Efforts concentrated on fitting metal plates into lighter armors and starting on double leather-reinforced armors by cutting the parts.
20th Brussendar: The crafting phase concluded with a rigorous quality check, ensuring each piece met the group's high standards.
Sales and Encounters
21st Brussendar: A makeshift shop was established in town, where three sets of armors were sold, each accompanied by a goodberry enhanced with Serra's magic spices, attracting considerable customer interest.
22nd Brussendar: The success continued, with the previous day's goodberries drawing in more customers, enabling the party to sell their entire stock. However, their success also attracted unwanted attention from a threatening individual accusing them of involvement in a suspicious scheme. Despite a hostile exchange, the individual eventually departed after the party convincingly argued their innocence.
Conclusion
Faced with unwelcome encounters and feeling increasingly unwelcome in Amber Crossroads, the party resolved to leave for Rexxentrum, seeking new opportunities and adventures, yet cautious of the challenges that awaited them in this new city.
