AD&D Session 11 - Journey to Rexxentrum and the Enchanted Encounter at Amber Crossroads

Overview
Session #11 of the Wildemount campaign, titled "Enchantments and Encounters at Amber Crossroads," follows the adventurers as they journey from Zadash to Amber Crossroads, culminating in a mysterious encounter at a trade festival.
Events
10th Brussendar: After failing to locate their party members, Serra and Bibi return to their usual inn for the night.
11th Brussendar: The following morning, only Serra and Bibi meet at the inn. Serra spends her time at the guild, inquiring about northbound caravans requiring protection, while Bibi waits for the others. The group eventually reconvenes, deciding to join a caravan heading to Rexxentrum the next day. After sharing this plan, they split up to attend to personal tasks, with Serra returning to guild work.
12th Brussendar: The party gathers early to join the caravan to Rexxentrum. They assist with loading cargo and depart Zadash.
12th-15th Brussendar: The journey from Zadash to Amber Crossroads is marked by caution. During a stop, they learn from a halfling about recent betrayals by hired guards in other caravans. Throughout their travel, they notice figures shadowing them along the road. On the night of the 13th, they fend off an attack by an entity resembling their companion, Whisper.
15th Brussendar: Arriving at Amber Crossroads, they find a trade festival in full swing. Rico and Serra explore the market, looking for bargains and items to sell in Rexxentrum. They encounter a merchant, Ernesto, selling jewelry at unusually low prices. Koro uses her Detect Magic spell and discovers an enchantment on the merchant. As they deliberate on assisting, Ernesto suddenly breaks free from the enchantment, appearing confused and distressed. Rico plans to purchase leather armor and metals to craft studded leather armors, while the party contemplates their next move in this unexpected situation.
