Koro urged the party to investigate reports of an attacked cart near the camp. Whisper discovered a scrap of cloth bearing partial insignia from a local drow faction associated with Koro's den. After examining the site, the group resumed their journey to Rosohna, reaching the edge of the Vermaloc Wildwood, where they made camp.

As the journey continued, Koro’s brother pointed out a distant mountain, mentioning it housed one of the Dynasty's largest mines. Bibi suggested they investigate, prompting the group to part ways with the traders they had been escorting. Approaching the mine, they spotted a towering rocks on the horizon, of which one suddennly started moving. Closer inspection revealed a group of Stone Giants, a rare and enigmatic presence far from their typical mountain homes.

Koro debated her approach, suggesting Reeves, fluent in Giant, speak to them. Reeves offered to do it, but for a very high price. The group ultimately decided to avoid confrontation, leaving Koro determined to return later with reinforcements and a skilled diplomat.

Upon arriving in Rosohna, the grandeur of Koro's status became evident. The group was ushered into the inner city and her den’s estate, where Koro was treated as a high-ranking figure. As she led them through the halls, she shared the history of the Calamity, the Dynasty’s devotion to the Luxon, and the significance of the beacons in granting reincarnation.
