A lively tavern with ominous guests entering

31st of Brussendar, 835 PD

The party was deep in discussion when a group of Iron Shepherds entered the tavern, their presence casting a heavy silence over the room. Their weapons were peacebound, an unusual sight that stirred memories for Reeves. The Shepherds ate quietly and left without incident, but their presence visibly unsettled Reeves, prompting Koro to question him. Reeves' evasive responses hinted at a troubled past, leading the party to speculate about his history. He cautioned them against investigating the crates they were curious about if the Shepherds were involved.

After lunch, the party decided to tour the town, offering to buy Reeves dinner in exchange for his guidance. However, as they headed towards the military ward, Reeves parted ways and returned to the inn. The group later relayed news of a training exercise or show match hosted by the military, open to all. Koro urged Reeves to participate, but he refused, seeing no point in fighting for sport.

While the rest of the party investigated a peculiar material resembling fluid metal cloth and waited for the tournament to start, Reeves stayed back at the tavern, maintaining his gear and reflecting on the recent events and the presence of the Iron Shepherds.
