Extract FTBIE_config_update.zip to "[FTB install folder]\FTBInfinity". (It should overwrite 4 files)

    http://mods.curse.com/mc-mods/minecraft/223248-iguanas-tinker-tweaks/2288329
 
*Then click click "Edit Mod Pack" in the FTB launcher to get to the Mod Selection Window .
 
*Click "Add Mod"
 
*Add the downloaded Mods
 
*Close the Window
 
*Start the Game
 
*You can now connect to the server again
