AD&D Session 9 - Mysteries Unraveled: A Day of Discovery

10th Brussendar 835 PD
The adventurers convene at the inn where Bibi is staying, embarking on a day dedicated to unraveling the mysteries they've encountered. Their first destination is a local library, doubling as a temple to a god of knowledge. Here, the party delves into research, seeking insights into the peculiar coin discovered by Koro, the disturbances in Shadow's home forest, and information on local groups and organizations. The origins of the coin, suspected to have proliferated from Rexxentrum along major trade routes, remain shrouded in uncertainty.
After a fruitful session at the library, the group disperses briefly, with some members, including Serra, taking the opportunity to shop for food. Reconvening an hour later, they revisit the magical shop they had explored previously. Disappointingly, the owner informs them that he cannot refill Serra's cherished magic spice pouch.
As the day winds down and the group prepares to part ways for their individual endeavors, an unexpected incident catches their attention. A young girl, fleet of foot, darts among them clutching a golden statuette eerily similar to the one Koro had previously found magically placed in her bag. This curious occurrence adds yet another layer of intrigue to their journey, suggesting that the threads of their adventure are more intertwined than they had initially perceived.
